National Butchers Week

We’re proud to celebrate this week by highlighting one of our own- Jim Doherty, who is part of our Farmstead team, holds the accreditation of Master Butcher with The Institute of Meat, and has 48 years’ experience of working in the meat business. Take a look at Jim’s skills in action here! Join us this week by adding new meat dishes to your menu from our Farmstead range, and remind your customers of the great meat selection you already have available.
