Training your way
Here at ‘Coffee your way’ we are able to provide full barista training for you and your team, to ensure you are producing the perfect cup of coffee at every serve. If you are installing a bean to cup option in your business from our partner Liquidline, full training is provided at the point of installation.

Richard Lowry
Head of Coffee
Richard, our Head of Coffee has a wealth of coffee experience with 17 years at Whitbread in brewing and Costa Corporate Sales and 13 years within Bidfood working for our Black + White Coffee Co. brand. Richard’s favourite thing about the coffee industry is the amazing people and the fast moving development.

Valentina Vasey
Coffee Development Manager
Valentina has been working in the coffee industry for 17 years, including working for Illy. For the last two and a half Valentina has been working for Black + White Coffee Co. at Bidfood. She is passionate about everything coffee and that’s not just because she is Italian. Now one of our Coffee Specialists at Coffee your way, Valentina mainly supports Bidfood’s North and Scottish Depots.

Shelley Piggins
Coffee Development Manager
I started working in the coffee industry in 2006 working for Miko Coffee until 2012, I then joined Boston Coffee at South Lincs Food Service which went on to become Black & White Coffee. In April of 2022 I joined Richard and Valentina on the coffee team working for coffee your way at Bidfood. I love my job and enjoy working with our customers to help create them a great coffee solution, every day is different and very rewarding. I mainly support the depots in the South Region.
