No one could have prepared the nation for the challenges of Covid-19 and the strain it would place on our brilliant NHS. It is now more important than ever that we support and protect the wellbeing of NHS workers as we treat and then recover from the effects of Covid-19.

The square root of self (√Self) for the NHS is designed to support the wellbeing of NHS front line workers with specific guidance and support through these challenging times.
