As well as looking to improve the health of the world we live in, we are also trying improve our own health by considering different diets that offer optimal wellbeing and virus protection. This mind-set has developed and grown rapidly since the outbreak of Covid-19 as consumers saw this as an opportunity to get fit and healthy.
