Sourcing & our supply network

We deliver consistently high-quality meat with outstanding freshness and flavour, backed by careful sourcing, processing, packing, and accredited standards you can trust.

  • 75% of all products sourced by Campbell Brothers are British.
  • Accredited to recognised industry standards, including BRCGS, Red Tractor and QMS, ensuring full traceability and consistent quality.
  • We avoid bull beef and over 30-month cattle.
  • R4L/R4H optimum carcass grades, ensuring consistent quality and yield.
  • Halal accredited at both our London and Edinburgh sites.

Responsible sourcing

We support your ambitious sustainability goals and play a key role as your supplier partner in helping you meet consumers’ growing demands for transparency and responsible sourcing.

  • We work with trusted, approved wholesale meat suppliers to source a variety of local, UK, EU and Red Tractor approved ranges of meat.
  • We always aim to support British farming and buy locally where possible to reduce food miles.
  • We champion nose-to-tail dining to minimise waste and enhance customer margins.
  • We’re a zero to landfill business. All recyclable waste (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene) is recycled. General waste goes to a recycling facility where recyclables are removed, and the remaining waste is converted into electricity through energy recovery.
