Yarde Farm blackcurrant and clotted cream sundae

1. Place the blackcurrants and sugar into a pan and warm through, reduce slightly and allow to cool.
2. Whip the cream and fold through half the blackcurrant mix - place into a piping bag and chill.
3. Spoon a 1/4 of the remaining blackcurrant mix into a sundae glass and layer with the remaining ingredients.
4. Top with fresh fruits and pop macarons.
