Ingredients
| Double cream | 100ml |
| Fresh blackberries | 15g |
| Fresh cherries | 20g |
| Frozen blackberries | 80g |
| Yarde Farm blackcurrant and clotted cream ice cream | 170ml |
| Pop macarons fruits | 3pce |
| Tate & Lyle Fairtrade caster sugar | 25g |
Method
- Place the blackcurrants and sugar into a pan and warm through, reduce slightly and allow to cool.
- Whip the cream and fold through half the blackcurrant mix - place into a piping bag and chill.
- Spoon a 1/4 of the remaining blackcurrant mix into a sundae glass and layer with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with fresh fruits and pop macarons.
