Ingredients
| Multi use tomato base | 180g |
| Pimento red peppers | 40g |
| Fresh spinach | 30g |
| Ready cooked pasta pouch | 160g |
| Goat’s cheese | 30g |
| Vegetarian hard cheese, grated | 1g |
Method
- Mix together the tomato base, red pimento peppers and spinach and either heat on a hob or in a microwave until the spinach is just wilted
- Microwave the pasta pouch as per the cooking instructions on pack
- Add the microwaved pasta to the tomato and spinach and mix together
- Crumble the goat’s cheese and add the grated Parmesan on top
- Season and serve
