- Fontinella sliced jalapenos 100g
- Zorba delicacies guacamole 200g
- Sour cream 100g
- Everyday Favorites beef chilli con carne 650g
- Santa Maria original tortilla chips 100g
- Premium Selection steak burger puck 10
- Beef tomato 2
- Cos lettuce 2
- Hellman's mayonnaisse 200ml
- Premium Selection brioche burger bun 10
- Montery jack slices 20
Method
- Collate all your ingredients
- Grill your burger & bacon - to your liking and keep warm
- Slice your tomato & cos lettuce and keep chilled until required
- To build your burger - toast the bun and keep warm
- Top the base of the bun with mayonnaise
- Build up with cos & sliced tomato
- Top with the burger and monterey jack slices grill until the cheese is slightly melted
- Top with the tortilla chips, warmed chilli, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeños
- Finish with the top bun & serve
