Ingredients
| Fruits of the forest | 600g |
| Baby spinach | 100g |
| Avocado IQF slices | 300g |
| Alpro cashew original | 300ml |
| Banana | 4 whole |
| Sunpat crunchy peanut butter | 100g |
| Flaxseed | 30g |
| Fresh raspberries | 2 punnets |
| Fresh mint sprigs | 10 |
| Vegan granola | 10g |
Method
- Place the fruits of the forest, spinach, 100g avocado slices, cashew nut milk, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, vegan granola, mint and avocado slices.
