Ingredients
- Pan Artisan sourdough pizza dough ball 1
- Pure olive oil glass 10ml
- Maggi rich & rustic tomato sauce 100g
- Vegan mozzarisella cheese 60g
- Il Pesatore grilled artichokes 80g
- Sapori D’Italia Sicilian semi-dried tomatoes 40g
- Everyday Favourites oregano 1g
- Vegan grated Parmesan-style cheese 15g
Method
- Defrost the dough ball as per the instructions on the case.
- Pin the dough ball out to the required thickness and rub with the olive oil.
- Top with the tomato sauce.
- Top with the vegan mozzarisella.
- Finish with the artichokes and semi-dried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan and bake for 10-12 minutes in a hot oven at 220°C.
