Ingredients
- Gluten free Quaker Oats 40g
- Milk or water 240ml
- Fresh apple, sliced 1
- Everyday Favourites cinnamon 1 tsp
Method

- Mix gluten-free oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Simmer for 4 minutes
- Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
- Top with the chopped apple
- Sprinkle over the cinnamon
