Ingredients
| Pulled Turkey with caramelised onions | 1 |
| Tranfield pork sausage meat | 200g |
| Chestnuts, chopped | 80g |
| Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce | 100g |
| Everyday Favourites puff pastry sheets | 350g |
| Egg yolk | 40g |
| Casa De Mare sea salt | 1g |
| Thyme | 1g |
| Double cream | 100ml |
| Brie | 100g |
Method
- Prepare the filling: Mix the turkey and sausage meat with chopped chestnuts and half the cranberry sauce.
- Make the rolls: Form into a sausage roll, cut into individual rolls, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sea salt and crumbled thyme.
- Bake the dip: Place the remaining cranberry sauce into a heatproof dish. Top with cream mixed with three-quarters of the brie, then layer with slices of brie. Bake until reduced and golden on top.
- Serve: Present the warm pastry rolls alongside the brie and cranberry dip.
