Ingredients
- MSC Whitby breaded haddock goujons 30
- Premium Selection sourdough sandwich square 10
- Everyday Favourites tartare sauce 200g
- Sliced beef tomato 30 slices
- Avocado IQF slices 200g
- Little gem lettuce 20 leaves
- Pre-poached eggs 10
- Rocket 50g
- Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
- Lemon 1
Method
- Fry the goujons as per cooking instructions and keep warm.
- Cut the sourdough square in half and toast.
- Spread with tartare sauce, then 3 slices of tomato on the bun, then avocado slices, little gem, cooked haddock goujons, hot poached egg, fresh rocket & cracked black pepper.
- Serve with lemon wedge to drizzle.
