Posh fish finger sandwich

Ingredients

  • MSC Whitby breaded haddock goujons 30
  • Premium Selection sourdough sandwich square 10
  • Everyday Favourites tartare sauce 200g
  • Sliced beef tomato 30 slices
  • Avocado IQF slices 200g
  • Little gem lettuce 20 leaves
  • Pre-poached eggs 10
  • Rocket 50g
  • Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 2g
  • Lemon 1

Method

  1. Fry the goujons as per cooking instructions and keep warm.
  2. Cut the sourdough square in half and toast.
  3. Spread with tartare sauce, then 3 slices of tomato on the bun, then avocado slices, little gem, cooked haddock goujons, hot poached egg, fresh rocket & cracked black pepper.
  4. Serve with lemon wedge to drizzle.
