Ingredients
| Low fat buttermilk | 200ml |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Everyday Favourites black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites salt | 1 tsp |
| Onion powder | 1 tsp |
| Dried thyme | 1 tsp |
| Oregano | 1 tsp |
| Everyday Favourites sage | 1 tsp |
| Boneless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) | 4 |
| Harvest Home Cornflakes | 100g |
| Garlic granules | 1 tbsp |
| Smoked paprika | 1 tbsp |
Method

- Create a marinade by placing buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, onion powder, thyme, oregano and sage into a bowl and mix well
- Place chicken in to the marinade covering all chicken. Place in fridge for minimum of 4 hours
- Crush Harvest Home Cornflakes roughly and place in a bowl
- Add garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper and thyme to the Harvest Home Cornflake and mix well
- Coat chicken in Harvest Home Cornflake mix and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Spray each chicken with some oil and bake in oven for around 25-30 minutes until golden
