Lamb & Bhaji Mughlai Burger

Lamb mince 1kg
Street food Mughlai butter cardamom paste 200g
Everyday Favourites ground black pepper 16g
Premium Selection brioche burger bun 4.5" 10
Everyday Favourites onion bhajis 20
Lion yogurt and mint dressing 300ml
Everyday Favourites mango chutney 200g


  1. Mix the lamb mince with the street food Mughlai cardamom paste and black pepper and form into 10 even size patties - set to one side and chill
  2. Brush the patties with oil and chargrill until cooked - 6-8 mins
  3. Toast the bun and brush with melted butter
  4. Cook the onion bhajis and crush slightly - top the burger with them
  5. To assemble - spread the mango chutney on the base of the bun, then add the burger and crushed bhajis
  6. Top with some mixed leaf and drizzle the yogurt and mint dressing
  7. Finish with the top of the bun and serve
