Ingredients
| Italian gnocchi | 180g |
| Arrabbiata sauce | 160g |
| Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach | 30g |
| Baby capers non-pareil | 12g |
| Black olives, sliced | 13g |
| Pimento red peppers, chopped | 30g |
| Mascarpone | 12g |
Method
- Cook the gnocchi as per instructions
- Heat the arrabbiata sauce on the hob or in the microwave
- Add the spinach, capers, black olives and chopped pimentos and heat through
- Add the prepared gnocchi
- Add the mascarpone on top, season and serve
