Ingredients
| Turkey breast | 800g |
| Everyday Favourites unsalted butter | 50g |
| Thyme | 10g |
| Pigs in blankets, cooked | 30 |
| Baby hasselback potatoes | 100g |
| Everyday Favourites sage & onion stuffing mix | 100g |
| Hot water | 100ml |
| Stokes chilli jam | 100g |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Roast your turkey with butter and thyme – or even better use up any leftovers you have
- Roast the pigs in blankets until crispy and slice into small pieces
- Place the hasselback potatoes in an oven dish and roast until golden brown
- Combine the stuffing mix with hot water in a bowl, mix well, and allow to cool before rolling into stuffing balls
- Pull the turkey into small pieces with two forks
- Place your hasselback potatoes in your serving dish and layer up with pulled turkey, pigs in blankets and stuffing
- Finish with a drizzle of chilli jam
