Lean lamb burger with thyme & parsley

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

Everyday Favourites like butter 1 knob
Everyday Favourites diced onions 75g
Everyday Favourites minced lamb 450g
Bb - thyme 1 sprig (chopped)
Bb - parsley flat 1 sprig (chopped)
Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 1
Mature white cheddar slices 4

Method

  1. Melt the spread in a saucepan with the onion and fry over a gentle heat until softened.
  2. Mix the mince, herbs and egg.
  3. Mix in the onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and mould into burgers.
  4. Grill the burgers on a medium heat for several minutes on each side and top with a cheese slice.
