Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites like butter | 1 knob |
| Everyday Favourites diced onions | 75g |
| Everyday Favourites minced lamb | 450g |
| Bb - thyme | 1 sprig (chopped) |
| Bb - parsley flat | 1 sprig (chopped) |
| Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 1 |
| Mature white cheddar slices | 4 |
Method
- Melt the spread in a saucepan with the onion and fry over a gentle heat until softened.
- Mix the mince, herbs and egg.
- Mix in the onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and mould into burgers.
- Grill the burgers on a medium heat for several minutes on each side and top with a cheese slice.
