Ingredients
| Korean gochujang hot red pepper paste | 30g |
| Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 300ml |
| Japanese style chicken karaage | 400g |
| Korean barbecue sauce | 150ml |
| Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 3g |
| Thin cut fries | 2kg |
| Spring onion, sliced | 1 |
Method
- Mix the paste with mayo and set to one side.
- Fry the karaage chicken and then tumble with Korean barbecue sauce and half the sesame seeds
- Fry the chips as per instructions
- Layer the ingredients together and top with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
