- Cornflakes, crushed to a fine crumb 100g
- Everyday Favourites plain flour 75g
- Everyday Favourites chilli powder 2 tsp
- Everyday Favourites garlic powder 2 tsp
- Sunflower oil spray
For the sauce:
- AMOY light soy sauce 6 tbsp
- Heinz Tomato Ketchup 100g
- SOSU gochujang (Korean chili paste) 75g
For the bowls:
- Sticky rice, cooked 250g
- Red cabbage, thinly sliced ½
- Spring onions, thinly sliced 6
- Everyday Favourites sesame seeds, toasted 1 tbsp
- A good handful of coriander leaves
