Korean BBQ bowl with Heinz tomato ketchup

Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • Buttermilk 250ml
  • Chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces 8
  • Cornflakes, crushed to a fine crumb 100g
  • Everyday Favourites plain flour 75g
  • Everyday Favourites chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Everyday Favourites garlic powder 2 tsp
  • Sunflower oil spray

For the sauce:

  • AMOY light soy sauce 6 tbsp
  • Heinz Tomato Ketchup 100g
  • SOSU gochujang (Korean chili paste) 75g

For the bowls:

  • Sticky rice, cooked 250g
  • Red cabbage, thinly sliced ½
  • Spring onions, thinly sliced 6
  • Everyday Favourites sesame seeds, toasted 1 tbsp
  • A good handful of coriander leaves
