- Pan artisan sourdough pizza dough balls
- Arla pro mozzarella large dice
- Gustoso pizza topping sauce
- Casa De Mare sliced green jalapeño peppers
- Everyday Favourites sliced mixed peppers
- Everyday Favourites oregano
- D'Autore Prosciutto Di Parma sliced
Method
*This recipe has no quantities so get creative and use as much or as little as you want.- Stretch the dough ball to the required size and shape
- Spread the sauce onto the dough and top with the mozzarella
- Place the parma ham, sliced jalapeño pepper and vine tomatoes on top
- Place into the oven and bake according to your ovens instructions
- Garnish with fresh rocket and oregano
