Granola balls

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites whole hand pitted dates 170g
  • Water 40ml
  • Everyday Favourites flaked almonds 150g
  • Everyday Favourites raisins 110g
  • Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 20g
  • Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup 45g
  • Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon 4g
  • Everyday Favourites medium desiccated coconut 40g
  • Sunflower seeds 80g
  • Everyday Favourites vanilla pods 1 pod
  • Tahini 40g

Method

  1. In a food processor blend the dates and about 40ml of water, then add the almonds until broken down but not completely smooth
  2. Place all other ingredients into a large mixing bowl then add the date & almond mix
  3. Mix thoroughly and then make into small golf ball size pieces
