Fish pie to impress

Baby spinach 40g
Free range eggs 1
White wine sauce 100g
Luxury pie mix - mixed whitefish, smoked fish and salmon 200g
Dill 1g
Parsley 1g
Sweet potato mash 150g


  1. Wilt the baby spinach in a dry hot pan
  2. Boil the egg for 7 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into quarters
  3. Mix the white wine sauce with the chopped Dill & Parsley and season with salt & pepper
  4. Place raw fish pie mix into desired serving dish, add wilted spinach, quartered egg and cover with the white wine sauce
  5. Pipe Sweet Potato mash over the fish
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180oc and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown
