- Everyday Favourites chocolate delight 120g
- Arla UHT milk 240g
- Heather Cameron meringue nests 3 Inch 150g
- Da Vinci chocolate flavoured sauce 20g
- Clear round dessert pot insert 4oz 20
- Sunlite heavyweight clear dessert spoon 20
Method
- Whisk the chocolate delight mix into the milk on high speed for 5 minutes until thick & creamy.
- Fold the chopped brownies and broken meringue into the mix and spoon into a pot, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Chill well for mousse or freeze for ice cream.
