Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites chocolate delight 120g
  • Arla UHT milk 240g
  • Heather Cameron meringue nests 3 Inch 150g
  • Da Vinci chocolate flavoured sauce 20g
  • Clear round dessert pot insert 4oz 20
  • Sunlite heavyweight clear dessert spoon 20

Method

  1. Whisk the chocolate delight mix into the milk on high speed for 5 minutes until thick & creamy.
  2. Fold the chopped brownies and broken meringue into the mix and spoon into a pot, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  3. Chill well for mousse or freeze for ice cream.
