Breakfast summer fruit cups

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites filo pastry 3 sheets
  • Everyday Favorites salted butter 20g
  • Apple 1
  • Nectarine 1
  • Orange 1
  • Kiwi 1
  • Passionfruit 1

Method

  1. Cut up the filo pastry sheets into 4.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Butter baste the pastry sheets.
  4. Layer the pastry sheets into a muffin tray to form a star shape (4 pieces each).
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 mins at 160c.
  6. Remove the muffin tray and let the pastry cool.
  7. Cut up the fruit as desired and place into the pastry tarts.
  8. Squeeze the juice from the passionfruit and drizzle over the filled tarts.
