Ingredients

  • Avocado IQF slices 250g
  • The Foodfellas 6” corn tortillas 10
  • Extra virgin olive oil tin 30ml
  • Maldon sea salt 3g
  • Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 0.5g
  • Lion Mexican adobo hot sauce 100ml
  • Lime 1

Method

  1. Make sure the avocado is defrosted.
  2. Cut the corn tortillas into six triangles and toast under the grill or fry.
  3. Smash the avocado with the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper.
  4. Place the smashed avocado on top of the toasted corn tortilla chips and drizzle with adobo sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.
