We have some gorgeous fruity additions to our range. For those who love a classic, there’s a rich and fruity Blackforest Cheesecake, and for those wanting to make a visual statement there’s the mixed fruit frangipane.

    Raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants in moist almond flavour sponge sitting on rich blackcurrant compote in a sweet pastry case. Pre-cut into 14 portions and suitable for vegetarians.

  • Blackforest Cheesecake

    Rich and smooth Cornish cream Belgian chocolate cheesecake with a centre of sweet black cherry compote and Kirsch flavour mousse, all sitting on a gluten free chocolate crumb base.

  • Raspberry & Elderflower Cone

    Cornish cream vanilla and raspberry mousses centred with elderflower-soaked sponge and raspberry compote. Drizzled with white Belgian chocolate truffle and Belgian chocolate shavings.

  • Premium Selection Vegan & Gluten Free Lemon Berry Delice

    A vegan and gluten free biscuit base with a creamy lemon filling and topped with a summer fruit compote.

  • Premium Selection Raspberry & Pistachio Semi Freddo

    Raspberry and vanilla mousse studded with nibbed pistachio and white chocolate chunks, finished with white chocolate shavings and freeze dried raspberries, to be served straight from the freezer.
