Ingredients
- Whitby bubble bobble jumbo red shrimp 40
- Stokes real tomato ketchup 180g
- Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 20ml
- Grey Goose vodka 30ml
- Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 220g
- Finely diced celery 100g
- Everyday Favourites creamed horseradish sauce 50g
- Little gem salad 100g
- Everyday Favourites cayenne pepper 1g
Method
- Cook the shrimp and keep warm.
- Combine the ketchup with Worcestershire sauce, vodka, mayonnaise, diced celery and horseradish sauce and chill until required.
- To assemble, Mix a small amount of dressing with the little gem salad and place into your chosen dish then top with bubble shrimp, finish with the remainder of the sauce and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
