Whitby bubble bobble red shrimp with Bloody Mary mayo dip

Ingredients

  • Whitby bubble bobble jumbo red shrimp 40
  • Stokes real tomato ketchup 180g
  • Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 20ml
  • Grey Goose vodka 30ml
  • Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 220g
  • Finely diced celery 100g
  • Everyday Favourites creamed horseradish sauce 50g
  • Little gem salad 100g
  • Everyday Favourites cayenne pepper 1g

Method

  1. Cook the shrimp and keep warm.
  2. Combine the ketchup with Worcestershire sauce, vodka, mayonnaise, diced celery and horseradish sauce and chill until required.
  3. To assemble, Mix a small amount of dressing with the little gem salad and place into your chosen dish then top with bubble shrimp, finish with the remainder of the sauce and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
