Ingredients
- Chicken style vegan fillets 1kg
- Plant based bacon 250g
- Beef tomatoes 200g
- Little gem lettuce 2
- Brioche bun 10
- Vegan mayonnaise 350ml
- Coleslaw mix
- Vegan grated hard cheese 50g
- Lemon juice 30ml
- Capers 80g
- Dijon mustard 5g
- Sea salt 1g
- Cracked black pepercorn 1g
Method
- Cook the vegan chicken and bacon as per instructions on pack.
- Slice the tomato and little gem lettuce and set to one side.
- Toast the bun and keep warm.
- Mix the vegan mayonnaise, slaw mix, and the remainder of the ingredients together and keep chilled.
- Build the burger and serve.
