Ingredients
| Chicken style vegan fillets | 1kg |
| Plant based bacon | 250g |
| Beef tomatoes | 200g |
| Little gem lettuce | 2 |
| Brioche bun | 10 |
| Vegan mayonnaise | 350ml |
| Coleslaw mix | |
| Vegan grated hard cheese | 50g |
| Lemon juice | 30ml |
| Capers | 80g |
| Dijon mustard | 5g |
| Sea salt | 1g |
| Cracked black pepercorn | 1g |
Method
- Cook the vegan chicken and bacon as per instructions on pack.
- Slice the tomato and little gem lettuce and set to one side.
- Toast the bun and keep warm.
- Mix the vegan mayonnaise, slaw mix, and the remainder of the ingredients together and keep chilled.
- Build the burger and serve.
