Ingredients: 10 Beefburger; 150g Grated mozzerella and mild cheddar mix; 100ml BBQ sauce; 1/4 Iceberg lettuce; 100g Plum tomato; 50g Sliced pickled gherkins; 10 Mini brioche burger roll

Ingredients

Beefburger	10
Grated mozzerella and mild cheddar mix	150g
BBQ sauce	100ml
Iceberg lettuce	1/4
Plum tomato	100g
Sliced pickled gherkins	50g
Mini brioche burger roll	10

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the burgers on an oven proof tray and cook until reaching temperature.
Top with cheese and melt in the oven.
Slice the lettuce, gherkins and tomato.
Once the burger is cooked, place it on the base of the bun. Layer with salad, then top the burger with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
