Ingredients
- Beefburger 10
- Grated mozzerella and mild cheddar mix 150g
- BBQ sauce 100ml
- Iceberg lettuce 1/4
- Plum tomato 100g
- Sliced pickled gherkins 50g
- Mini brioche burger roll 10
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the burgers on an oven proof tray and cook until reaching temperature.
- Top with cheese and melt in the oven.
- Slice the lettuce, gherkins and tomato.
- Once the burger is cooked, place it on the base of the bun. Layer with salad, then top the burger with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
