Ingredients
| Beefburger | 10 |
| Grated mozzerella and mild cheddar mix | 150g |
| BBQ sauce | 100ml |
| Iceberg lettuce | 1/4 |
| Plum tomato | 100g |
| Sliced pickled gherkins | 50g |
| Mini brioche burger roll | 10 |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the burgers on an oven proof tray and cook until reaching temperature.
- Top with cheese and melt in the oven.
- Slice the lettuce, gherkins and tomato.
- Once the burger is cooked, place it on the base of the bun. Layer with salad, then top the burger with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
