Ingredients
- Shallots 100g
- Salmon steaks, skin on 10
- Tenderstem broccoli 1kg
- Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 30g
- Black sesame seeds 30g
- Teriyaki sauce 200g
- Limes, juiced 5
- Rice wine vinegar 30ml
- Olive oil 100ml
- Red chillis 10g
Method
- Peel and slice the shallots and defrost the salmon.
- Chargrill the tenderstem broccoli and allow to cool.
- Mix half the sesame seeds with the teriyaki sauce and glaze the salmon - cook for 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
- Dress the broccoli with lime juice, rice wine, and a pinch of the sesame seeds with olive oil.
- Add the remaining sesame seeds, sliced shallots and chopped red chilli.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles if desired.
