Ingredients
| Shallots | 100g |
| Salmon steaks, skin on | 10 |
| Tenderstem broccoli | 1kg |
| Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 30g |
| Black sesame seeds | 30g |
| Teriyaki sauce | 200g |
| Limes, juiced | 5 |
| Rice wine vinegar | 30ml |
| Olive oil | 100ml |
| Red chillis | 10g |
Method
- Peel and slice the shallots and defrost the salmon.
- Chargrill the tenderstem broccoli and allow to cool.
- Mix half the sesame seeds with the teriyaki sauce and glaze the salmon - cook for 15 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
- Dress the broccoli with lime juice, rice wine, and a pinch of the sesame seeds with olive oil.
- Add the remaining sesame seeds, sliced shallots and chopped red chilli.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles if desired.
