Ingredients
- Premium Selection brioche hot dog roll 8.5″ 10
- Uncle John's premium 9″ beechwood smoked Bockwurst sausages 10
- Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce 140g
- Mixed slaw dressed with lime juice and sesame oil 200g
- Fresh coriander sprigs 20g
- Everyday Favourites crispy fried onions 100g
- Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 40g
Method
- Warm the hot dog roll
- Place the Bockwurst onto a tray and brush with the Teriyaki sauce and cook in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 180c, keep basting with more sauce until glazed and hot
- Place the glazed sausages into the rolls and top with the slaw
- Finish with coriander sprigs, crispy fried onions and drizzle with a little more sauce and toasted sesame seeds
