Teriyaki glazed hot dog

Ingredients

  • Premium Selection brioche hot dog roll 8.5″ 10
  • Uncle John's premium 9″ beechwood smoked Bockwurst sausages 10
  • Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce 140g
  • Mixed slaw dressed with lime juice and sesame oil 200g
  • Fresh coriander sprigs 20g
  • Everyday Favourites crispy fried onions 100g
  • Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 40g

Method

  1. Warm the hot dog roll
  2. Place the Bockwurst onto a tray and brush with the Teriyaki sauce and cook in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 180c, keep basting with more sauce until glazed and hot
  3. Place the glazed sausages into the rolls and top with the slaw
  4. Finish with coriander sprigs, crispy fried onions and drizzle with a little more sauce and toasted sesame seeds
