Ingredients
| Pan artisan sourdough pizza dough balls | |
| Arla pro mozzarella large dice | |
| Gustoso pizza topping sauce | |
| Major Tandoori mari-base | |
| Everyday Favourites onion bhajis | |
| Everyday Favourites vegetable pakoras | |
| Everyday Favourites sliced onions | |
| Everyday Favourites sliced mixed peppers | |
| Everyday Favourites mango chutney | |
| Everyday Favourites large plain papadum | |
| Everyday Favourites oregano |
Method
*This recipe has no quantities so get creative and use as much or as little as you want.
- Stretch the dough ball to the required size and shape
- Spread the sauce onto the dough and top with the mozzarella
- Place the onion bhajis, vegetable pakoras, sliced onion and sliced mixed peppers on top, tearing the toppings where necessary
- Add small dollops of both mango chutney and Major Tandoori mari-base
- Season with oregano
- Place into the oven and bake according to your ovens instructions
- Sprinkle with crushed papadums
