Szechuan chicken bean & noodle bowl

This chicken bean and noodle dish is a simple and quick solution packed full of authentic Chinese flavour. Plus, with the stir fried vegetables mixed into the noodles, it’s a great way to get some of your five-a-day in!

Ingredients

  • Cook Asia Chop Suey noodles 650g
  • Everyday Favourites extended life vegetable oil 20ml
  • Red Tractor chicken breast strips 600g
  • Bb - Prep mixed vegetable Asian stir fry 800g
  • Everyday Favourites Edamame soya beans 200g
  • Knorr Blue Dragon Create More Concentrated Szechuan sauce 200ml
  • Water 200ml

Method

  1. Place the oil in a pan and gently heat
  2. Add the chicken and fry until it’s cooked through and golden
  3. Add the vegetables and flash fry. Fold through the beans and add the Szechuan sauce and water
  4. Once the stir fry is piping hot, fold through the noodles before serving it out
