Ingredients
- Olive oil 100ml
- Red onion, diced 300g
- Mushrooms, sliced 600g
- Double cream 300ml
- Farmstead bistro burger 20
- Brioche burger bun 10
- Gruyere-style block 400g
- Little gem lettuce pieces 5
Method
- Place the oil into a hot frying pan then add finely diced red onion, mushrooms and cream and quickly sauté. - Keep warm.
- Cook the burger then toast the bun and keep warm
- Melt the cheese on the burger and top with the mushroom mix.
- Layer the burgers with little gem and serve.
