Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites chocolate flavour ice cream 2 scoops
- Everyday Favourites vanilla flavour ice cream 2 scoops
- Everyday Favourites chocolate brownie traybake pre-cut 1 piece
- Strawberries (chopped) 2 – 3
- Everyday Favourites thaw & serve milk chocolate cookies 2
- Everyday Favourites UHT dairy whipping cream 20ml
- Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets 25g
Method
- Place the chocolate in a small bowl and heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
- Place the bowl in cold water to reduce the temperature of mixture.
- Pour half the sauce round the inside of the sundae glass.
- Place one scoop of ice cream into the glass, crumble cookie, brownie pieces, fruit and repeat.
- Top with remaining sauce and callets.
