Ingredients
- Premium Selection rustic sourdough sliced bloomer 4 slices
- Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi 120g
- Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices 8 slices
- Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 4
- Sriracha hot chilli sauce 10ml
- Sliced radish fresh 40g
- Lee Kum Kee premium dark soy sauce 10ml
Method
- Toast the sourdough bread and then top with Kimchi, sliced cheese and glaze.
- Meanwhile fry the eggs. Once the cheese has glazed, top with the egg, sriracha sauce, radish and a drizzle of soy sauce.
