Spicy Kimchi, cheese & egg topped toast

Ingredients

  • Premium Selection rustic sourdough sliced bloomer 4 slices
  • Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi 120g
  • Everyday Favourites Monterey jack cheese 20g slices 8 slices
  • Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 4
  • Sriracha hot chilli sauce 10ml
  • Sliced radish fresh 40g
  • Lee Kum Kee premium dark soy sauce 10ml

Method

  1. Toast the sourdough bread and then top with Kimchi, sliced cheese and glaze.
  2. Meanwhile fry the eggs. Once the cheese has glazed, top with the egg, sriracha sauce, radish and a drizzle of soy sauce.
