Spicy cauliflower wings with cranberry glaze & crispy fried onions

Ingredients

  • Spicy battered cauliflower 1kg
  • Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce 300g
  • Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce 100g
  • Clementines 4
  • Crispy fried onions 20g

Method

  1. Cook the cauliflower as per instructions on pack and keep warm.
  2. Mix the cranberry sauce, sweet chilli sauce and juice from four clementine’s together in a pan, bring to the boil and reduce by ¼.
  3. Place the cooked cauliflower into a metal mixing bowl (making sure the batter is still crispy) then pour over a little of the glaze and toss together.
  4. Place the remainder of the sauce into a dip pots and arrange the glazed cauliflower on your chosen plate.
  5. Finish with crispy fried onions and salad herbs.
