Ingredients
- Spicy battered cauliflower 1kg
- Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce 300g
- Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce 100g
- Clementines 4
- Crispy fried onions 20g
Method
- Cook the cauliflower as per instructions on pack and keep warm.
- Mix the cranberry sauce, sweet chilli sauce and juice from four clementine’s together in a pan, bring to the boil and reduce by ¼.
- Place the cooked cauliflower into a metal mixing bowl (making sure the batter is still crispy) then pour over a little of the glaze and toss together.
- Place the remainder of the sauce into a dip pots and arrange the glazed cauliflower on your chosen plate.
- Finish with crispy fried onions and salad herbs.
