Ingredients

Sourdough seeded bloomer 1 slice
Extra virgin olive oil 30ml
Seasoned avocado smash 60g
Mascarpone 50g
Smoked salmon 60g
Sliced pickled red onion 60g
Red micro tomato 30g
Spiced candied seeds 2g
Dill 10g
Lemons 1

Method
