Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites plain white flour | 140g |
| Everyday Favourites large eggs | 4 |
| Whole milk | 200ml |
| Everyday Favourites vegetable oil | 70ml |
| Pulled beef with caramelised onions | 1 |
| Brioche loaf | 100g |
| Parsley | 20g |
| Everyday Favourites gravy mix | 200g |
| Truffle mayonnaise | 60g |
Method
- Make the batter: Mix the flour, eggs, and milk together until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the Yorkshire puddings: Heat the oil in mini muffin tins. Pour in the batter and bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until golden and risen.
- Prepare the beef: Heat the pulled beef and keep warm.
- Make the crumb: Blend the brioche with parsley, then toast in a hot pan until crunchy.
- Prepare the gravy: Make up the gravy mix according to instructions and keep warm.
- Assemble: Fill the puddings with beef, top with truffle mayonnaise and brioche crumb, then serve with the gravy.
