Lactalis British melting brie fondue

Ingredients

  • White wine 75ml
  • Cricket St Thomas Brie, de-rinded and cut into small pieces 225g
  • Seriously Mature Cheddar, grated 225g
  • Cornflour ½ tsp
  • Caramelised onion chutney 50g

Method

  1. Heat the wine in a large heavy based saucepan
  2. Add the Cricket St Thomas Brie and Seriously Mature Cheddar a little at a time, stirring constantly until melted
  3. Mix the cornflour to a paste with a little water and stir into the cheese mixture until smooth
  4. Spoon the chutney into the bottom of a round serving dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and serve with bread sticks and crudités
