Ingredients
- White wine 75ml
- Cricket St Thomas Brie, de-rinded and cut into small pieces 225g
- Seriously Mature Cheddar, grated 225g
- Cornflour ½ tsp
- Caramelised onion chutney 50g
Method

- Heat the wine in a large heavy based saucepan
- Add the Cricket St Thomas Brie and Seriously Mature Cheddar a little at a time, stirring constantly until melted
- Mix the cornflour to a paste with a little water and stir into the cheese mixture until smooth
- Spoon the chutney into the bottom of a round serving dish. Pour over the cheese mixture and serve with bread sticks and crudités
