Ingredients
| Salt beef brisket joint | 2.5kg |
| Sourdough bloomer | 1 |
| French mustard | 300ml |
| Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 300g |
| Emmental slices | 200g |
| Barrel sauerkraut | 400g |
| Gherkins | 300g |
| Tomato chutney | 300g |
| Rocket | 120g |
Method
- Cook the salt beef as per instructions on pack
- Cook the bread and slice
- Mix the mustard and mayonnaise together
- Slice the salt beef and keep warm
- Toast the bread and layer up all the ingredients as desired
