Ingredients

  • Quorn Vegan Buttermilk Burger 1
  • Vegan brioche bun 1
  • Vegan mayo 1tbsp
  • Chipotle paste 1tsp
  • Lettuce – little gem or iceberg 10g
  • Slices of vegan cheese 2

  1. Preheat fryer to 175˚C
  2. Deep fry the Quorn Vegan Buttermilk Burger for 6 minutes
  3. Split the brioche bun and lightly toast or chargrill
  4. Mix together the mayonnaise and chipotle paste and divide between the 2 halves of the bun
  5. To build the burger: place the lettuce on the base of the bun, followed by the Buttermilk Burger, cheese slices and top with the bun lid. Skewer in place with a cocktail stick.
