| Quaker® Oats | 50g |
| Nonfat milk | 120ml |
| Vanilla | 1 tsp |
| Blueberries | 40g |
| Banana, sliced | 100g |
| Honey (optional) | |
| Chia seeds (optional) | 1 tsp |
Method

- Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices.
- Top with a drizzle of honey and, if desired, chia seeds.
