| Président® unsalted butter | 50g |
| American mustard | 5 tbsps |
| Ham, thinly sliced | 10 slices |
| Dill pickles, thinly sliced | 150g |
| Président® emmental slices | 200g |
| Red jalapeños, roughly chopped | 50g |
| Large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced | 1 |
Method

- Cut the panini rolls in half and spread with butter and mustard.
- Top with the remaining ingredients and cook in a hot panini grill until golden and the emmental is melted.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
