Ingredients
- Farmstead pork & leek sausage 8’s 20
- Everyday Favourites mashed potato 1.8kg
- Everyday Favourites coarse grain mustard 40g
- Everyday Favourites salted butter 100g
- Pure olive oil 50ml
- Everyday Favourites sliced onions 200g
- Aspall draught suffolk Cyder 660ml
- Everyday Favourites gluten free fine gravy granules 200ml
Method
- Cook the sausages as per manufacturers instructions and keep warm.
- Heat the mashed potato and then add the mustard & butter (keep warm.)
- Heat a large pan and add the oil then add the onions and cook until caramelised, add the cider and reduce by half.
- Make the gravy as per instructions and add this to the onion and cider mix and continue to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- To serve place the mash on the plate and top with two sausages then drizzle with the cider sauce.
