Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 200ml
- Piri piri hot sauce 100ml
- Thin cut fries 1.5kg
- Piri piri seasoning 40g
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise and piri piri sauce together and set to one side
- Fry the chips as per cooking instructions and dust with piri piri seasoning then serve with the dip
