Ingredients
| Sourdough ciabatta burger bun | 2 |
| Everyday Favourites walnut pieces | 100g |
| Pecan nuts | 100g |
| Conference pear, sliced | 500g |
| Watercress | 200g |
| Premium Selection Blue Stilton | 500g |
| Cold pressed rapeseed oil | 100ml |
| Dijon mustard | 30g |
| Caster sugar | 40g |
| Sea salt | 3g |
| Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn | 1g |
| Lemons, juiced | 2 |
Method
- Dice the bread and bake until golden, toast the walnuts and pecans.
- Slice the pear and place into a bowl with watercress and crumbled Stilton.
- To make the dressing, add the oil, dijon, sugar, salt and black pepper. Add the juice from two lemons in a blender and combine together.
- Dress the leaf and salad and then mix in the walnuts/pecans and croutons.
