Ingredients
- Sourdough ciabatta burger bun 2
- Everyday Favourites walnut pieces 100g
- Pecan nuts 100g
- Conference pear, sliced 500g
- Watercress 200g
- Premium Selection Blue Stilton 500g
- Cold pressed rapeseed oil 100ml
- Dijon mustard 30g
- Caster sugar 40g
- Sea salt 3g
- Everyday Favourites cracked black peppercorn 1g
- Lemons, juiced 2
Method
- Dice the bread and bake until golden, toast the walnuts and pecans.
- Slice the pear and place into a bowl with watercress and crumbled Stilton.
- To make the dressing, add the oil, dijon, sugar, salt and black pepper. Add the juice from two lemons in a blender and combine together.
- Dress the leaf and salad and then mix in the walnuts/pecans and croutons.
