Ingredients
- Dairies whipping cream 400ml
- Frozen strawberries 400g
- Meringue nests 5pcs
- Granulated sugar 20g
Method
- Lightly crush meringues.
- Cut strawberries (if frozen, make sure that they are fully thawed and fully drained to ensure that they do not soften the meringues).
- Add the sugar to the cream and whisk until a peak forms.
- Gently fold the whipped cream, crushed meringues and cut strawberries together. Decant into serving dishes.
