Monarch’s meringue

Ingredients

  • Dairies whipping cream 400ml
  • Frozen strawberries 400g
  • Meringue nests 5pcs
  • Granulated sugar 20g

Method

  1. Lightly crush meringues.
  2. Cut strawberries (if frozen, make sure that they are fully thawed and fully drained to ensure that they do not soften the meringues).
  3. Add the sugar to the cream and whisk until a peak forms.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream, crushed meringues and cut strawberries together. Decant into serving dishes.
